Golf Mental Game

Golf is a mental game, for me, convincing myself to get up away from the computer and out in the green is tough to do. Golf is not a game of perfect shots, but obviously the better you hit the ball the more likely it is you’ll win, luckily there are handicaps. For me, the idea of golf has always had a certain allure about it.

Seeing many successful people indulge in it, has no doubt played a role in my wanting to play more. What is it about golf that successful people find appealing? Or is it the other way around? Does success lead to palying golf? I think it has become a mix of the two, business on the golf course has been a staple of upper class America for a long time. Some of the biggest deals in corporate America have been made while teeing off.

But before I strike any major deals on the golf course, I first have to improve my game to level acceptable beyond that of a newb swinging away (and missing sometimes) on the driving range.
