The first time I smoked a usual Marlboro I thought it tasted like tar, and so soft that I literally hated it (sorry if cigarette smokers disagree).
Btw, good cigars to start with, soft ones, could be Muriel, Partagas (however a bit harder than the last one), or Guantanamera, a cheap soft cuban cigar that anyone can (my actual favourites).
Very good writing

I think bullet perferators may work best on a "parejo" type cigar. You certainly wouldn't want to use it on a torpedo. But again, it's personal preference.

Great tips.

Never saw such basic information that is also very important to enjoy a cigar. I see my problem now.

Some cigars seem to burn and smoke better than others, while price and "reputation" do not indicate how well they perform.

What do you think of the "bullet" perferators, rather than cutting the tip?
